The FACTS4WORKERS 12-month-review meeting took place on 16. Feb. 2016 in Brussels, Covent Garden Building.

The consortium (at least one representative of each partner attended) presented the status of the project to the Project Officer (PO) Marek Golota and the assigned Project Technical Adviser (PTA) Prof. Paul Xirouchakis. The results and the progress towards the DoA were evaluated to make sure that the objectives will be met.

Together with very uselful remarks and directions from Prof. Paul Xirouchakis and Marek Golota, we were happy to receive very positive feedback on our achievements to date, especially on our live demonstration of our smart factory solution showing the capabilities of the infrastructure (semantic workflow engine based) and some key building blocks, like the „Defects and Solutions“ service which will be implemented in several partner sites.

Although the threat level has been still high (yellow) which caused some restrictions when moving in Covent Garden building, thanks to the kind hospitality of our Project Officer and his team, we took the opportunity and held a pre-meeting including a General Assembly meeting on the day before, Feb. 15. in order to prepare for the review and to update all partners on the current status of the project.

As a matter of course, a joint dinner after the preparation meeting strengthened the communication between all partners.
